Highlights:
Mom It Forward and DOLE collaborated for a blog tour campaign to promote their products. For this campaign, 23 female bloggers with a UVM of 2,813,728 were enlisted to participate. The goals of the campaign is to generate social media and blog post impressions via updates, backlinks and the use of the designated campaign hashtag on personal accounts.
Objectives:
Bloggers for this campaign were required to use the vouchers to purchase the Dole Fruit in Jars and any one of the suggested Greek yogurt pairings. After which, they had to publish a post including their review of the products and offer their readers their personal tips for maintaining a healthy diet for the summer. Bloggers were also required to promote the healthy benefits of the Dole Fruits in Jars, its great taste, and convenient features including resealable lids. They also had to promote the affordability of the products at @2.99/ jar of 100% nutritious fruit juice and how all 5 varieties are available at select grocery stores.
Details:
For this campaign, each blogger had to write an authentic review of the Dole Fruit in Jars and the Greek yogurt they chose. In their post, they had to include a few tips to eating healthy and weave in the products as naturally as possible. To promote further, the bloggers had to update their social media platforms and include backlinks to their original post, a pinnable image and the designated campaign hashtag. Posts for this campaign were published in the weeks of June and July.
Results:
Campaign bloggers were happy with the products and its features. The resealable lid was a favorite – where one could just put it back in the fridge without losing its flavor or spoiling. Posts received 53,066 visits and a handful of positive feedbacks from readers – achieving the brand’s campaign goals.
