How did Mom It Forward Media partner with Trident?​

February is National Children’s Dental Month and Trident aims to share oral health tips to keep the pearly whites of young people healthy-and yours too happy all year long.  The 20 bloggers who participated in the campaign had a total of 1,619,216 UVMs per Google Analytics and a reach of 1,004,497 reach across social media platforms. 

 

Objectives:

 

In celebration of National Children’s Dental Health Month, Mom It Forward Media partnered with Trident by having bloggers from the Mom It Forward Blogger Network to create a blog post about oral health tips for kids. Trident is also celebrating their 10-year partnership with Oral Health America’s Smiles Across America program (SAA), which provides oral disease prevention services for at-risk children who are undeserved due to issues of poverty.

 

Trident continues to be the leading sugar-free gum, offering benefits to consumers who are concerned about their oral care, and has been for the last 50 years.

The bloggers were tasked to write one blog post, providing Trident’s oral health tips. The blog posts were published and promoted via Twitter and Facebook including one pinnable image and campaign’s hashtag.

 

One lucky reader won the exciting giveaway prize of 12 packages of Trident Gum. Time to say goodbye to cavities and say hello to a healthier and protected teeth!

Was this campaign successful? Yes. Why was it successfu? The campaign was very unique and refreshing not only to the bloggers but also to their readers. The friendly competition helped to increase blog post visits, pins, and social media shares.
