CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
56 Influencers—30 U.S.-based English-speaking bloggers, 9 Spanish-speaking bloggers, and a diverse mix of 17 Instagrammers—participated in Amazon's "Delivering Smiles" campaign. The key brand messaging focused on how Amazon helped reduce holiday stress and the primary tactic was for Influencers to celebrate their family and friends' special holiday moments. Specifically, they wrote blog and/or Instagram posts and promoted them across social media on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Additionally, Amazon shared the Influencer-generated content to drive further awareness and engagement.
